Logging in After the Upgrade

After the Mobile and Internet Banking upgrade, you will need to complete a few easy steps to enroll and begin using all the upgraded services. Please select the service that you use below:

Mobile & Internet Banking Login Information 

Current Internet Banking User >

  1. Pull up the home page
  2. Enter your Member Number and current Password to log in to Internet Banking
  3. Select your preferred delivery method to receive a Secure Access Code (one-time passcode that can be sent via email, automated phone call, or SMS text message)
  4. When you receive your Secure Access Code, enter it in the designated cell
  5. Create a new Password (see Frequently Asked Questions below for guidelines)
  6. Verify your personal information
  7. Create a new Login ID (see Frequently Asked Questions below for guidelines)
  8. Accept the Terms of Service
  9. Register your device as Secure or Public (see Frequently Asked Questions below for additional guidance)

Mobile App Banking >

Apple (iOS) Devices

  1. Update the App using automatic updates or by selecting the App Store icon from your device (for more details on updating your app, click here)
  2. Enter your Member Number and current Password
  3. Select your preferred delivery method to receive your Secure Access Code (one-time passcode that can be sent via email, automated phone call, or SMS text message)
  4. When you receive your Secure Access Code, enter it in the designated cell
  5. Create a new Password (see Frequently Asked Questions below for guidelines)
  6. Verify personal information 
  7. Create a new Login ID (see Frequently Asked Questions below for guidelines)
  8. Accept the Terms of Service
  9. Register your device as secure or public (see Frequently Asked Questions below for additional guidance)

 

Android Devices

  1. Delete the current App
  2. Download the new App from GooglePlay  (for more details on updating your app, click here)
  3. Enter your Member Number and current Password
  4. Select your preferred delivery method to receive a Secure Access Code (one-time passcode that can be sent via email, automated phone call, or SMS text message)
  5. When you receive your Secure Access Code, enter it in the designated cell
  6. Create a new Password (see Frequently Asked Questions below for guidelines)
  7. Verify your personal information
  8. Create a new Login ID (see Frequently Asked Questions below for guidelines)
  9. Accept the Terms of Service
  10. Register your device as Secure or Public (see Frequently Asked Questions below for additional guidance)

New Internet Banking or App User >

  1. Pull up the home page on your computer or download the app from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Select “New User”* at the bottom of the log in area on the web page or launch screen after downloading the app.
  3. Enter your personal information and create a Login ID
  4. Select your preferred delivery method for your Secure Access Code (one-time passcode that can be sent via email, automated phone call, or SMS text message)
  5. Upon receipt of your Secure Access Code, enter it in the designated cell
  6. Create a new Password (see Frequently Asked Questions below for guidelines)
  7. Please review your Profile, make any necessary edits, and then click Submit Profile to continue
  8. Accept the Terms of Service
  9. Register your device as Secure or Public (see Frequently Asked Questions below for additional guidance)

Q. Why do I need to create a new Password?
A. Password security guidelines are being updated to provide you with the best protection available. The new guidelines will make it even safer for you to monitor and manage your money. 

Your new password must meet the following criteria:

  1. Contain a minimum of 8 characters
  2. Contain a combination of the following two categories – Letter(s) and number(s)
  3. Must NOT contain any spaces (including before, in the middle of, or after the password)
  4. Cannot contain your member number

Other items to note about passwords: Your password is case-sensitive. Business Internet Banking users will need to reset passwords every 60 days; all other Mobile and Internet Banking users' passwords do not expire.
 
Q. What is a Login ID and why do I need to create a new one?
A. Your Login ID will replace your Member Number for your Internet Banking login identification. ID guidelines have been updated to provide you with the best protection available. The new guidelines will make it even safer for you to monitor and manage your money. 
 
Your new Login ID must meet the following criteria:

  1. Contain a minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters – Letter(s) and/or number(s)
  2. Must NOT include your Social Security number, member number or account number
  3. Cannot contain special character(s) (for example, #, %, *, !)

Q. Should I register my device?
A. If you register your device, you will not have to generate a new Secure Access Code when you use that device in the future. Your device is a "secure" device if you have exclusive access to it. We discourage registering a "public" device where other people could have access to the same computer (For example, at a public library).
