Preparing for the Upgrade
Update Your Contact Information
Updating your contact information prior to the upgrade will ensure a successful first time login experience after the upgrade.
To update this information:
- Log into Internet Banking on the home page
- Select ‘My Profile’
- Select ‘Update’ to the right of the field that needs to be updated. (When you update a phone number or email address in ‘My Profile’ your future correspondence will be sent to your updated contact information, including your one-time access code or Secure Access Code.)
IMPORTANT: Any of the following updates to your settings made between January 20 and January 26 will not carry over to our new platform on January 27.
- Email address
- Phone number
- Account nicknames
Update Your Browser and Browser Settings to Optimize Your Experience
We also recommend that you update your preferred browser to the most current version as well as adjust your browser settings. This will help to provide you with a seamless upgrade experience.
