Prior to the upgrade, the current Bill Payer system will be unavailable from January 25 at 7:30 a.m. Mountain Standard Time through the morning of January 27th. During this time, you will not have the ability to access Bill Payer information or schedule any new payments. Any payments currently scheduled for January 25 to January 27 will still be processed as scheduled.
Please confirm your scheduled payments no later than January 24 for all bills you would like processed.
When the upgrade is complete, the new Bill Payer system will contain all of the information you have set up in the current Bill Payer system, so no additional preparation is needed.
