Upcoming System Upgrade from May 17 - 20
Nusenda Credit Union is performing a credit card system upgrade from May 17 – May 20, 2019. There will be a delay in processing credit card payments made during this time, which could temporarily impact your available balance.
Payments made after Thursday, May 16 will be reflected to your account on Tuesday, May 21, displaying the date you made the actual payment. If you make your credit card payment during this time, there will be no negative repercussions to your credit card account. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please note, from May 16 at 5 p.m. through May 19 you will not have access your credit card information using the Manage Credit Card link in Mobile and Internet Banking. You will have access to the Manage Credit Card link on May 20 after the upgrade is complete.
If you need to make a payment you can:
- Make a transfer within Internet or Mobile Banking by clicking Move Money from the drop-down menu, then selecting Transfer. There, you can transfer money from your checking or savings account to your credit card.
- Visit any branch to make your payment.
- Call us at 889-7755 (800-347-2838 outside the Albuquerque area) to assist you with your payment.
