Albuquerque Business First honors Nusenda’s Jeff Martinez as 40 Under 40 Recipient
Albuquerque, N.M. – Jeff Martinez, Director of Real Estate and Development at Nusenda Credit Union, was recognized as a 40 Under 40 Honoree by Albuquerque Business First (ABF). For 22 years, Albuquerque Business First has been honoring young leaders in New Mexico who excel in their careers and communities.
“Jeff has been a critical part of our real estate acquisitions, remodels, and other real estate development for the Credit Union,” said Michael Buehler, Nusenda’s Executive Vice President of Finance and Lending. “In real estate, each deal and market is unique, and Jeff has been great at navigating the opportunities. “
Jeff joined Nusenda in 2020 and quickly made an impact. He has been involved in acquisitions, new builds, major remodels, and ground-up development, always prioritizing the needs of the Credit Union and its members. Jeff is an active member of New Mexico’s Commercial Real Estate Development Association NAIOP and the Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance.
The 40 Under 40 Awards recipients will be celebrated at a ceremony on May 31 at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa. For more information, click here.
