Because of protection that members already have with real-time monitoring of their account activity, Nusenda Credit Union will send a letter or email only to the potentially affected members.

This notification does not mean that fraudulent or unusual activity been noted on member cards; it means that those cards were used at Sally Beauty Supply and could be at risk.

Existing debit cards will continue to work until July 30th, 2015, or until the new cards are activated. As always, we are monitoring accounts for suspicious activity.

Members who would like a new card and Personal Identification Number (PIN) immediately should visit any of the following branches: Campus, Cottonwood, Ladera, Paseo, St. Michaels (Santa Fe), University, Uptown, or Valencia.

Nusenda Credit Union strives to protect member information and occasionally chooses to block or close accounts if that is in their best interest. Members should review their statements to confirm that listed transactions are valid via Internet Banking or mobile app, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized transactions at 889-7755 (800-347-2838 outside the Albuquerque area).

Members who receive a new card should transfer automatic payments or pre-authorized payments associated with the old card number to the new card as soon as possible to ensure that automatically scheduled payments are paid on time.
