FDIC and NCUA deposit insurance

As you read in our recent letter, once the acquisition is complete, your deposit accounts are insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). The NCUA is a federal agency created by the United States Congress, which administers the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund and offers similar deposit insurance to that of the FDIC. Your deposits will continue to be insured up to $250,000 in each account category.
