As we continue to experience the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) on our communities, we want to reaffirm that we’re here to help you through these uncertain times. Please be assured that you and our employees’ safety is our top priority. We have safety protocols in place and continues to comply with the Governor’s 25% capacity mandate.
Currently, most of our branch lobbies are open and accessible to serve you. To provide you with the member service you have come to expect, we will temporarily close the South Eubank, La Orilla, and Lobo Landing branches on Monday, 11/23. Employees from these branches will be deployed to other areas of the credit union for member support.
We will be limiting the total number of members allowed in each branch and encourage you to pre-schedule an appointment with a Financial Consultant before visiting a branch. Members with pre-scheduled appointments will have a place reserved on the waitlist and will be seen by the next available Financial Consultant, even if there is a line. Schedule your appointment now.
As a reminder, Nusenda offers many secure, convenient ways to access your accounts without visiting a branch. Take advantage of our Mobile and Internet Banking services, where you have 24/7 access to transfer money, pay bills, and deposit checks using Mobile Deposit. ATMs are also available anytime.
