Q. Do I need to re-enroll for my eStatements after the upgrade?
Yes, the first time you login after the upgrade you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Select eStatements from the menu
  2. Agree to the Terms of Service
  3. Confirm your email address and select Enroll

Q. When am I able to get my eStatement?

A. One to two days sooner than you would get your paper statement in the mail.

Q. Do I need Adobe Reader in order to view my eStatement?
A. Yes. Adobe Reader is required in order to view, print, or save your statement. Use the "Get Acrobat Reader" link if necessary to get a free download of the correct version for your computer.

Q. Are there any fees associated with eStatements?
A. No.

Q. How many months of my account history can I access at one time?
A. You can access your account history from the time you enrolled in eStatements.

Q. How will I know when my statement is ready?
A. You will receive an eStatement notice when your eStatement is available. Or you can check your statement in Internet Banking whenever you check your accounts or Bill Payer.

Q. How can I discontinue having paper statements mailed to me?
A. Click on "My Settings" and select "eStatement Options" then select "e-Statement."

Q. What does "eStatement Options" mean?
A. You can make changes in your email address and choose not to receive mailed paper statements.

Q. When I click back and forth from one page to another, why do I receive the message, "This page contains secure and non-secure items?"
A. This message is part of browser security and lets you know the eStatements website is secure.
