BALANCE counselors are accredited financial counselors can work one-on-one to help you address issues including bankruptcy, debt management, and credit report reviews. Schedule a BALANCE telephone counseling appointment anytime throughout the day or evening, weekdays and weekends. Each session lasts about an hour.

 

Accredited financial counselors will work one-on-one with you

Each 60-minute session is action-oriented and there is no limit to the number of sessions you can have, all complimentary. After each session, you'll receive a written action plan outlining the options, choices, rights, and responsibilities discussed during your counseling session.

Your counselor will work with you to determine your needs in these areas:

  • Money management
  • Goal setting
  • Budgeting
  • Savings plans
  • Debt repayment
  • And more!
