Nusenda Credit Union regularly communicates to members and the community at large through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Social media can be a useful tool to communicate financial topics, and this open conversation will allow your credit union to provide an improved member experience and address the needs/wants of current and prospective members.
Your Security and Protection
Please note, when connecting with Nusenda Credit Union on social media, do not include or provide personal, financial, account, or any other sensitive non-public information in any postings or communications, including tweets, comments, tags, etc. We will never ask for your account information, Social Security number, or any other personal or sensitive information through social media channels.
If you are a member and need assistance with your accounts or our products and services, please call 800-347-2838, Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m., or Saturday from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Mountain Time. If you contact us regarding member service matters via social media, we will direct your concern to other communication channels to assist you in more private settings.
Member Service, Security, & Terms
Nusenda Credit Union does not (i) provide member service, (ii) handle any specific member account inquiries, or (iii) enable financial transactions through the use of any social media site. Should you have any service inquiries, questions, or concerns specific to your account(s), please contact us directly at 800-347-2838 or visit a local branch.
Social media postings provided by Nusenda Credit Union may at times include links to information contained on third-party websites. Nusenda Credit Union does not endorse, condone, or accept responsibility for the content on any third-party website.
Nusenda Credit Union does not accept liability for any third-party content, advertising, products, advice, opinions, recommendations, or other materials displayed on social media platforms, communications, or comments.
Nusenda Credit Union does not expressly or implicitly adopt or endorse any of the expressions, opinions, or content posted by third parties, users, or members on any Nusenda Credit Union social media site. “Likes,” “favorites,” and comments posted by users or third parties should not be considered a reflection of member experiences or future performance. “Likes” and “retweets” should not be considered an endorsement or recommendation of any group, company, or individual.

"Spam" advertisements or references to non-Nusenda Credit Union offers, products, services or websites is prohibited.
