Need help on-the-go? Our Nusenda Chatbot and Live Chat features available in Mobile and Internet Banking offer additional ways to contact us when you need your financial questions answered. 

To access Chatbot, in your mobile device, navigate to using your mobile browser and tap the Let’s Chat icon, and enter your name or log into the Mobile Banking App, tap the Let’s Chat icon. This will begin a chat with Nusenda Chatbot, an automated bot that uses A.I. and Natural Language Processing to deliver answers to hundreds of questions 24 hours a day!

To chat with a Live Chat representative, respond to Chatbot with the word “representative” to be directed to a human agent. Live Chat service is only available during business hours.
