On October 31, 2021 Nusenda Credit Union was named Best Credit Union and Best Bank in Rio Rancho Observer Readers’ Choice poll. Nusenda has been named as best in the credit union category in the readers’ poll since the award’s inception
four years ago. The credit union was also named runner-up in the Best Business Donor category.

Last year, Nusenda’s members received $48.6 million in direct financial benefits, or an average of $470 saved per member household. Nusenda, Nusenda Foundation, and credit union employees contributed almost $1.3 million to the communities they serve.
