Nusenda Credit Union opens third Santa Fe location
Santa Fe, N.M. – Nusenda Credit Union today announced the opening of its third location in Santa Fe. The branch is located at 5621 Herrera Drive near the Walmart Supercenter and Christus St. Vincent Entrada Contenta Health Center.
“With more than 11,000 local members and deep ties to the Santa Fe community, we are excited to add a third location.” commented Joe Christian, Nusenda President and CEO. “This expands on our St. Michael’s branch and our recently opened branch at DeVargas Center.”
The new Southside location offers mortgage, investment, and business services. Nusenda is recognized as a Top Place to Work in New Mexico by its employees, and this latest branch will employ 14 local professionals, in addition to the 17 Nusenda employees already working in the area. The team will also assist with auto loans, mortgages, credit and debit cards, provide financial counseling, and help members pursue their financial goals.
With many long-standing collaborative relationships in Santa Fe, Nusenda’s new Southside branch will facilitate more opportunities for positive change in the community. Last year, Nusenda provided over $132,000 in grant funding to 23 local Santa Fe organizations through its Community Rewards program and $95,000 in sponsorship support of various organizations, events, and community initiatives.
