Fingerprint or Facial Recognition

Accessing your account is even easier with Touch ID and Face ID for Apple devices and Fingerprint  for Android devices. These features can easily be enabled directly from the Mobile Banking App.

Touch ID

You can enroll directly from the Mobile Banking App login screen, or by logging into the Mobile Banking App, tapping Menu, then My Profile, then Security Preferences, then tapping On for Touch ID. Follow the on-screen instructions to enable.

To use Touch ID, you will need the following:
Device: iPhone 5s or later
Software: iOS version 9 or newer


Face ID

Nusenda's Mobile Banking app works with the new iPhone X's Face ID feature. You can enroll directly from the Mobile Banking App login screen, or by logging into the Mobile Banking App, tapping Menu, then My Profile, then Security Preferences, then tapping On for Face ID. Follow the on-screen instructions to enable.

To use Face ID, you will need the following:
Device: iPhone X
Software: iOS version 11 or newer

 

Fingerprint

You can enroll directly from the Mobile Banking App login screen, or by logging into the Mobile Banking App, tapping Menu, then My Profile, then Security Preferences, then tapping On for Fingerprint  login.

To use Fingerprint  on your Android device, you will need the following:
Device: Google Pixel, Nexus 7, Galaxy S7 line of phones, or any Android device with a fingerprint sensor that supports Android Fingerprint
Software: Android M (Marshmallow)
