If you schedule an appointment online, you can choose the time and date that works best for your schedule. You can avoid waiting in the lobby or on your phone when you need financial advice.
Q: Is there an advantage to scheduling an appointment online instead of going directly to the branch to see a Financial Consultant?
A: We know your time is valuable. By scheduling an appointment, you can be sure there is a Financial Consultant available to meet with you at your chosen time.
Q: How far in advance can I schedule an appointment?
A: Your appointment may be made up to 14 days in advance.
Q: Can I schedule an appointment with a specific Financial Consultant?
A: A Financial Consultant will be ready to meet and discuss the full range of Nusenda Credit Union products and services. At this time, appointments cannot be scheduled online with a specific Financial Consultant.
Q: How do I know if my appointment has been confirmed?
A: You will be sent an email confirming your appointment. You may also select to have your confirmation sent via text message.
Q: How will my contact information be used?
A: Your contact information will be used for the purpose of scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling your appointment or for receiving feedback on your experience. Your information will not be shared with third parties. You will not receive spam email from Nusenda Credit Union as a result of scheduling an appointment online.
Q: Will I need to bring anything with me when I come in for my appointment?
A: Please bring your ID with you to your appointment. You do not need to bring any other documents with you, just mention you scheduled your appointment online. You may choose to print and bring your appointment confirmation if you wish.
If you have specific questions regarding your accounts or financial relationship, feel free to bring those documents with you to assist the Financial Consultant in answering your questions.
Q: Who should I ask for when I arrive at the branch?
A: Just let anyone at the Member Service Desk know you are there for an appointment and they will direct you to the correct Financial Consultant.
Q: I am not a member. Can I still make an appointment online?
A: You do not need to be a member to make your appointment online. Simply follow the steps, enter the required information and finalize your appointment.
