Your Financial Consultants will be available by phone appointments to assist you with:
- Applying for a loan (personal, credit card, line-of-credit, home equity loans and lines of credit).
- Signing documents for an approved loan or line of credit.
- Establish automatic payments, transfers, and direct deposit.
- Open an IRA account.
- Open another account (if you are an existing member).
- Dispute transactions on your checking or savings accounts.
- Request an instant issue credit or debit card.
- Safe deposit box access.
- Pick up a Credit Union document.
- Replacement debit/credit card.
- Stop payment on bonded check.
If you are in the process of closing a Home Equity Loan or HELOC, you will need to schedule an appointment for an in-person meeting.
Schedule an appointment to talk with a Financial Consultant by phone. You can select the service you desire from the menu, then select a branch location, then the preferred appointment date, and finally the appointment time. Make sure you enter your phone number. A Financial Consultant from the branch you select will call you at the time you request.
