Make an Appointment

Most of our branch lobbies are open and available to serve you whether you have an appointment or not. The health and safety of our members and employees are our top priority, which is why we continue to employ our social distancing best practices. Nusenda knows your time is valuable, and we make it easy to schedule an appointment on the phone or in person at a branch location near you.


Although appointments are not required, we are still limiting the total number of members in our branches. If you plan to visit a branch, we recommend that you make an appointment to meet Financial Consultants to avoid wait times. Members with prescheduled appointments will have a place reserved on the waitlist and will be seen by the next available Financial Consultant, even if there is a line.
