As we continue to experience the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) on our communities, we want to reaffirm that we’re here to help you through these uncertain times.


Currently, most of our branch lobbies are currently open to serve you.


To provide you with the member service you have come to expect and avoid long wait times, we encourage you to preschedule a phone or in-person appointment with a Financial Consultant. Although appointments are not required, we highly recommend that you schedule an appointment.

  • In-person appointment members will have a place reserved on the waitlist and will be seen by the next available Financial Consultant, even if there is a line.
  • Telephone appointments allow you to skip a trip to a branch and have a contactless experience. A Financial Consultant can assist you with your banking needs with a scheduled phone call.

Nusenda remains diligent in evaluating the latest information available from national and local levels. We’re taking steps to protect your health during your visit and appreciate your help. Please remember that a mask or face covering is required to enter all Nusenda branches, and we ask that you practice safe social distancing by keeping at least 6 feet apart from other members while inside the lobby.
