We have received reports that fraudulent phone calls and text messages are being sent to random phone numbers in the 505 area code claiming to be from Nusenda Credit Union and posing as account alerts from "Nusenda Fraud Services" or from "NUSENDA CU
ALERT". These calls and texts are requesting verification of card transactions. These alerts are not associated with Nusenda Credit Union.
Calls may be received from a number that appears to be a Nusenda phone number. Please do not provide any personal or account information. Nusenda will NEVER contact members for account numbers, credit card numbers, CVV number, PIN numbers, or any other
private information.
If you suspect anything unusual or that you are a victim of identity theft, call us immediately at 505-889-7755 (800-347-2838 outside the Albuquerque area).
