Support In Action

McKinney Vento Title | Homeless Project

In the Fall of 2023, one of our employees saw a social media post from APS Schools that shared an urgent need for non-perishable food donations to help re-stock the shelves of the APS McKinney-Vento Title I Homeless Project’s emergency food support warehouse. The warehouse provides food to students and their families who are experiencing hunger. Nusenda Foundation contributed $5,000 immediately to support the effort and coordinated a company wide non-perishable food drive, allowing Nusenda’s nearly 800 employees to also give back to support the program.

Through Nusenda employee donations, sponsorships, and escheated funds, the Foundation and our employees contributed support to the following local, national, and international crises.

  • Taos Winter Storm
  • Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis
  • Big Hole Fire Emergency Relief
  • Supporting Buffalo Families
  • Fire Relief, resilience, and rebuilding efforts via the Emergency Action Fund Coalition
  • Locker 505 Break-In
  • Cruces Creatives Break-in
