How we protect your financial information

Nusenda Credit Union has policies and procedures in place to protect your card, personal, and transaction data. In extreme cases, we may block or close your account for your financial safety.

  • We protect your data through multiple layers of security, above mandated state or federal regulations. In addition, external examiners evaluate the security of our systems and identify new and better ways to protect your data.
  • We constantly monitor your credit card and Visa® debit card accounts and flag suspicious activity. When necessary, you will be contacted to verify the purchasing information.
  • Although we hope that your credit card or Visa debit card data is never compromised, fraud losses on those accounts that are due to fraudulent activity are protected by Visa's Zero Liability Policies.
